About Projects with Praava Health

Project Information: You will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of projects to deliver specified requirements and achieve stakeholder satisfaction at Praava Health. 2-3 projects will be selected based on your experience, skillset, and interest. Essential to your success will be your ability to manage project dependencies and stakeholder relationships, as well as to effectively communicate with your team and stakeholders. You will work under general direction and report to Directors and CEO.

We have various projects and responsibilities. These include:
* Assist with monitoring and evaluating processes designed around patient-centricity and efficient health care delivery within the Praava network
* Create patient case studies, especially for unique cases, that Praava could use for multiple purposes such as training, audits, peer reviews, etc.
* Conduct research on patient data, including COVID data and chronic disease data
* Participate in ongoing monitoring and evaluation of process designs, particularly for the Praanno software tool for remote management of COVID patients
* Lead analysis of innovative value-based care models and technology-based tools. Identify evidence-based mechanisms for tracking clinical outcomes.
* Help further develop and scale Praanno, Praava’s COVID remote concierge product for the management of COVID that offers future applications to chronic disease
* Support CEO in strategic projects and planning, especially critical due to global uncertainty and opportunities caused by COVID’s impact on economies and healthcare services
* Support CEO in fundraising activities This is an opportunity to help shape a new model of care in Bangladesh, together with the Praava family, including doctors, nurses, health coaches, laboratory and diagnostic staff, and senior leaders.
