About Projects with Dr. Salamanca in 2024

Project Information: This program is the result of a collaboration between Columbia's Public Psychiatry Fellowship and ICAP, a global health institute that provides technical support and capacity building to local teams caring for people living with HIV in 34 countries. The goal of this collaboration is to facilitate educational activities to build the capacity of providers to identity and treat mental health conditions. Collaborations, and global mental health collaborations in particular, are team efforts that require a methodic approach. This translates in a gradual process of design and implementation. Students will participate as members of an interdisciplinary team.
